Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.
You will receive your tracking details when your order has been processed and is ready for collection from the courier.
Tracking information will take 24-48 hours to update. (If you have received your tracking information on a Friday, it may not update until Monday when the shipment is collected from our warehouse).
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US nationally observed holidays.
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package upon placing your order.
Due to the holidays, you may experience package delays. We will work directly with the couriers to monitor delivery updates. Please contact the courier directly by using the tracking number included in your confirmation email if you experience any delays.
International
Please note that all international orders may require customs fees and can take up to 3-4 weeks to reach its destination. International orders must be processed through a customs facility and may be held at that facility to be claimed. Good Ting Luxurious skin is not responsible for any customs fees.
Returns
Returns and Exchanges
Due to COVID – 19 restrictions, product exchanges are prohibited.
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 7 days of your receipt date for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days of your receipt date. Please contact customer service at support@goodtingskincare.com
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@goodtingskincare.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the claim. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
